Where to begin when considering a dental marketing plan
In order to create the most effective dental marketing plan for you, we’ll first conduct a complete evaluation. This is done by conducting a questionnaire and interview. For example, if after our initial evaluation, we notice that you are receiving 4 leads a day, but on average are booking less than one new patient a day, we may find it crucial to start with phone training techniques for your staff. Now, if your staff is already excellently trained on phone sales and your conversion rates are near 95%, it would be a waste of time to spend an entire month on phone sales techniques and training.
